MAJOR SPONSORSHIP
Option 1 - Fireworks Package (Sponsorship to the value of $2,500)
At the conclusion of the fete (programmed for 7pm), a fireworks display will be conducted as a fitting finale to the festivities. In addition to the acknowledgements outlined in the covering letter the sponsor’s name will also be lit during the fireworks display to be viewed by all guests.

Option 2 – Lighting & Hire Equipment (Sponsorship to the value of $2,500)
Basic equipment hire is required for items such as generators, lighting, cool rooms, port-a-loos and other miscellaneous catering items to support stall holders and guests. In addition to the acknowledgements outlined in the covering letter the sponsor’s signage/logos (provided by the sponsor) can be placed at all locations of hired equipment for wandering guests to see.

Option 3 – Staging and Lighting (Sponsorship to the value of $2000)
A performing arts schedule will ensure entertainment is provided to all fete guests from 12 noon to 7pm on a hired stage structure with overhead lighting. In addition to the acknowledgements outlined in the covering letter the sponsor’s logos can be fitted all around the stage to be seen by all guests.

Option 4 – Amusement Rides (Sponsorship to the value of $10,000)
An assortment of amusements will be provided including a giant super slide, a climbing wall, bumper cars, octopus, giant sling chairs, 2 jumping castles, cup and saucer ride, crazy ladder and a laser skirmish game. In addition to the acknowledgements outlined in the covering letter the sponsor’s signage/logos (provided by the sponsor) will be placed at each amusement ride.

MINOR SPONSORSHIP
A major fundraising initiative at the fete will be through the running of raffles and auctions of goods and services donated by local businesses. We welcome any donation that may assist us in this endeavour. Forest Lake College will take the opportunity to acknowledge the generosity of those who do donate goods and services by displaying your business logo in our fete newsletters and on our fete promotional posters; and placing business logo and contact details including a web link onto the Forest Lake College Web Site Fete 08 page; and announcing your business’ support regularly throughout the day. We also welcome further discussions on how we can add further value to you in recognition of your support.

STALLS
To create the complete fete atmosphere, Forest Lake College welcomes local businesses, charities and community groups to set up market stalls to promote and sell their products and services for their own benefit. A fee of $100 shall be paid by all stall convenors upon registration; a further $25 fee shall apply for any group requiring a table and shade structure.
