The P&F has its own constitution to govern our management functions including financial accountabilities and voting powers.
Last year the P&F reviewed its constitution, proposed amendments and submitted those to CEO EDUCANG Ltd, Ms. Sue Bain, for approval. All amendments were accepted and the new constitution went live at the Annual General Meeting in March 2007.
